How long have you trained with Cortney? It will be 2 years this July.
How do you feel the workouts are going? I am getting thinner and stronger every week. Consequently, I have a much better quality of life than I did 2 years ago.
How much weight or inches have you lost? I have lost 30 lbs. and 3" in the waist.
Whats your favorite part about working out with Cortney? She is flexible with scheduling and very positive about my improvement. She pushes me beyond my mental limits.
Whats your least favorite thing about working out with Cortney? I honestly see no negative side to working with Cortney.
Personal Thoughts
Obviously there are many times I am not looking forward to working out, but Cortney is always so damn cheery that my attitude changes when the workout begins. Cortney has fulfilled all my expectations for a trainer since I first started looking for one. I consider myself lucky that I stumbled on to her. In addition, I consider her a good friend.

How you feel the workouts are going? Great, very challenging, and different each time.
How much weight or inches have you lost? Over 30 lbs.
Whats your favorite part about working out with Cortney? Cortney is energetic and positive and she gives a lot of inspiration. she's a joy to work with.
Whats your least favorite thing about working out with Cortney? Distance, I now live further away from her, so it takes a long time to get there, work out and get back home.
Personal Thoughts
I am so glad that I found Cortney to help me get into the kind of shape I want to be in. She has been a pleasure to work with, and she knows her stuff. I've always been good about working out and try to eat right, but I really needed some help after having a baby - the weight just wouldn't come off! But after working with Cortney, she showed me exactly what to do, how much to eat, how much to workout. And I look forward to working out with her every week because it challenges me, and I learn something new to add to my repertoire. Thank you, Cortney, for helping me get my pre-baby body (almost there!) back on track!

How long have you trained with Cortney? On and off for 3 years
How do you feel the workouts are going? My workouts are great. Cortney is an awesome motivator.
How much weight or inches have you lost? I have no idea. I try not to focus on that.
Whats your favorite part about working out with Cortney? My favorite part about working out with Cort is everything. She believes in me when I don’t believe in myself. She pushes me to work harder and stronger. She’s always telling me to squeeze my belly. (I had no idea fat was squeezable.) Cort is empathetic, but she doesn’t let me get away with slacking off.
Whats your least favorite thing about working out with Cortney? I hate when the workouts end.
Personal Thoughts
My favorite time of day is when I get to workout with Cort. For the last 12 years, I have been a gym member, but there is no workout like a Cort workout. If I listened to her more often, my body would be in a different place. She refuses to give up, and she give me all of the encouragement and coaching a person could ever need. She is so different than other trainers because she is vested in her clients. She cares about what happens to them and their lives. I have nothing but words of praise for Cort. She has become more than a trainer.

How do you feel the workouts are going? I feel that the workouts were benificial and demanding Cortney pushed me more that I would have ever pushed myself.
How much weight or inches have you lost? 54lb.
Whats your favorite part about working out with Cortney? She lifted my spirits and made me want to push myself more.

Courtney is a wonderful motivator and helps you to become happy with yourself and is very encouraging and always upbeat.

How do you feel the workouts are going? Visable progress is being seen.
How much weight or inches have you lost? My weight is increasing and body fat decreasing in just 2 months.
Whats your favorite part about working out with Cortney? Her attitude.
Whats your least favorite thing about working out with Cortney? Her difficulty counting.
Personal Thoughts
I have a very, very busy work and travel schedule. Often I have to leave right from work to make the sessions. On many occasions I would prefer to not go; instead wanting to go home and rest. However, I believe that primarily due to her attitude I have always shown up for the sessions.
