Trend Fitness is Houston’s premier female pole dancing fitness class. Pole dancing is an exciting new way to get into shape and stay that way. Pole dancing has been featured in such magazines as Vogue, Cosmopolitan, Marie Claire, and Maxim magazine.
Our instructors are trained, qualified, and willing to help you achieve your fitness goals, no matter how big or small. For over six years, Fitness Trend has been empowering women to take control of their bodies, their lives, look great, and perform at their best. It’s this dedication that has allowed us to help others unlock their body’s natural potential and see results in less time than conventional routines.
Our fun, relaxed, and friendly atmosphere will make your sessions something that you will be looking forward to, instead of dreading. We will instruct you on all the forms and techniques involved with pole dancing, all while achieving your fitness goals. You will burn calories, tone up, lose weight, and have a great time doing it!
You will learn various techniques such as: floor work, exotic moves, chair dance, and pole dance routines. You will also learn a variety of exotic pole dance fitness techniques that will release your individual sexuality.

- Who attends these sessions?
Trend Fitness is for everyone no matter what age, size, or fitness level. From those just beginning on their journey to physical fitness to the expert, our sessions are designed to benefit everyone.
- Do I already have to be fit to sign up?
No. Most of our clients have not had much formal fitness training. Many of female clients are mothers, teachers, or business women who have made a choice to become more physically fit. Trend Fitness is designed to help them reach those goals.
- What times are these sessions available?
Unlike most sessions of this kind, Trend Fitness tailors our schedules around you! We work six days a week to accommodate most schedules. These sessions can be one on one or with a friend. You will receive the undivided attention from our instructors that you truly deserve. Check the calendar page to see when new classes are opening up!!
- How many people are in a session?
Sessions are usually one on one or you may bring a friend to help motivate you. These sessions are a great way to have the privacy that you want, and see that results that you deserve!
- What is the appropriate attire to wear to class?
Your regular workout outfits will be acceptable for your sessions, although some of the more complicated techniques will require that you have shorts with bare legs.
